
Goa Film Festival
È il più importante festival cinematografico asiatico, palcoscenico di alcune delle più celebri pellicole internazionali. È l’International Film Festival of India ~ Goa e “Rwanda” è tra gli 8 film selezionati nella sezione ICFT-UNESCO Gandhi Medal che mira a celebrare i valori di pace e non violenza propri dell’eredità della figura del Mahatma Ghandi.
Questa nuova Official Selection ci riempie di orgoglio. A Goa sarà presente il nostro regista Riccardo Salvetti e siamo certi che questa sarà un nuova imperdibile occasione per celebrare i valori di fratellanza e accoglienza della nostra pellicola.
International Film Festival of India has joined hands with the International Council for Film, and Television and Audio-Visual Communication Paris (ICFT) to present a prestigious ICFT award consisting of the UNESCO Medal to a selected film which upholds the values exhibited by Mahatma Gandhi for his immense contribution to the society for preserving peace & non-violence.
This year we have as many as 8 renowned films that will be competing for this exemplary award.1 Indian film, ‘Bahattar Hoorain’ has been shortlisted amongst the 8 films to compete for this honorary award, amongst which are the winner of the Berlinale’s Best First Feature Award- ‘Oray’, and Venice Critics’ Week Closing Film ‘Sanctorum’. The other 5 movies that will be reaching for this award are Ama Khando, The Infiltrators, The Warden-Sorkhpoost, Vitality and Rwanda.All the movies that are nominated will be screened at the 50th Edition of Indian Film Festival of India at Goa this year.
